RUG CARE
ROUTINE CARE WILL KEEP YOUR RUG LOOKING NEW & LASTING LONGER
Your new rug may need some attention before it looks its best. We suggest you unroll the rug and then re-roll in the opposite direction. Vacuum it gently, using a nozzle attachment if the pile is long or shaggy and leave flat in a warm room for 48 hours.  Generally we recommend to vacuum your rug gently on a weekly basis to remove any surface dirt and dust. Avoid vacuuming tassels or fringes as this could cause permanent damage. Rotate your rug frequently to avoid any bleaching from prolonged sun exposure.

We recommend vacuuming your shaggy rug with a small nozzle attachment to prevent damaging the pile.

TOP TIP: Try shaking your rug upside down to clean before vacuuming.

As durable as these synthetic rugs are for the everyday home, we still recommend to vacuum with a nozzle attachment to avoid damaging the pile of the rug.

WOOL
Commonly wool rugs go through a period of ‘shedding’, this is when the fibres come away from the rug and can last up to 16 weeks. This is a natural feature (not a manufacturers fault). To help with this we recommend to vacuum gently with a nozzle attachment.

Extra care should be taken when looking after your wool rug, spillages should be cleaned immediately, avoid over-wetting.

WHAT SIZE RUG SHOULD I ORDER?
Choosing the perfect rug size can be a difficult task, and there are many elements to comprehend such as how do you want the rug to sit in the room? How big is the room? What furniture do you have in the room? Our below size guide should be a good indication of the sizes we offer, however we do recommend you also measure the space dimensions to confirm you are ordering the correct size for your space.
